Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
This goal promotes sustained economic growth, higher levels of productivity and technological innovation. Encouraging entrepreneurship and job creation are key to this, as are effective measures to eradicate forced labor, slavery and human trafficking. With these targets in mind, the goal is to achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men.

ASU is committed to gender equality. The ADVANCE program will require ASU leaders to consider equity and inclusion in every decision that affects faculty. The expected outcome is an increase in the number, visibility, and success of women and faculty of color in STEM fields at all levels of the university.
